There are number of units that are for lease.
The current asking is 3K to 3.5K negotiable, depending on level, facing and furnishing.
My recommendation is for you to rent out quickly to enjoy rental income, soonest possible.

Hi Coco,
As other agents have mentioned, asking rental around there is above $3k. My team is marketing a few units there for rental now and we are just operating right at 1 Pegu Rd therefore any viewing requests can be met pretty easily at almost all times. If you are fine, do allow my team to assist you in marketing your unit for rental.
