May I check if the Goodwood Residence been launched?

Hi Asrina,
This project has not yet been launched. Previously, a Kuwaiti investment fund purchased 37 units en bloc from the developer, Guoco, mid 2008, for $2,800 per sq.ft., for very large units from 2,500-3,900 sq.ft.
However the remaining units have not been publicly marketed since that time as the developer is waiting for more positive market sentiment. There will be a total of 210 units in 2x12 storey blocks for this project.
If you are looking for large luxury units, please do let me know if I can assist you in preparing a detailed market survey. I would suggest comparing, for a start, the following projects:
- Tate Residences
- Ardmore II
- Arc at Draycott
- St. Regis
- Ritz Carlton Residences
- Scotts Square
- Orchard Residences
I can arrange for information and tours for available units in each of these projects.
I can also suggest several luxury penthouses at other projects that are available at attractive prices at this time.
