I would like to know can one buy A DBSS flat directly from the developer? What are the rules that need to be considered?

Hi FWL,
New DBSS flats can only be bought direct from developer.
Currently, there are quite a few DBSS in the market. In clementi, taman jurong and bedok.
Buying a new DBSS is like buying a BTO flat from HDB except DBSS is built by private developers. The same rules for buying new BTO flat apply here.
