My friend just confirmed a second hand (Freehold) condo along Steven Road (Near to Orchard rd) (Total only have 18 units) it is a Penthhouse. I was surprisingly shock that psf is only S$722.
With such good location why the price is so low? Is it consider normal price for that prime area?
