Contemplating to sell my house, a corner unit 2- storey with an attic near woo mon chew road with a land ares of 2800 sg ft and built- up ares of 2300 sg ft. Wonder how much is it worth at current market prices in the same ares. Any advises from the experts out there.

The current market price in the same area is between $900 and $1,000psf depending on the condition of your house.
The best guide is to get a bank indication. I will be able to help you on this matter.
