Is executive condominium a good buy now, considering the current situation (50k to 100k BTOs, future economy etc.). I am looking at Arc @ Tampines, and I am a first timer who is also eligible for a BTO. Is it a good buy?

What type of lifestyle do you want for you and your family?
If you want to enjoy a lifestyle with all the condo facilities just within your reach, EC is definitely a better choice.
