PropNex looks to tap Malaysian property sector

Singapore-based property solutions company PropNex International Ltd has announced that it will be participating in the upcoming Sarawak Builders Expo (Sarbex) 2011, which will be held at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) from 30 September to 2 October 2011.

According to Stuart Tan, Assistant Director of International Projects at PropNex, the company offers services to property developers, such as project consultancy, residential project marketing, overseas marketing and product development.

“With our results-oriented marketing system established in residential project marketing, we have proven ourselves with reputable developers on how we are able to successfully market and promote their developments,” he said.

The company has also been behind collective acquisition and disposal of both local and overseas residential units.

“For the overseas developers, our services include marketing of their developments in Singapore, marketing of their developments in neighbouring countries like Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and Malaysia,” said Tan.

“We also provide project consultancy, product development, sourcing for joint venture partners and investor consulting.”

Regarding the upcoming Sarbex 2011 in Malaysia, Tan noted that the company will be showcasing “some great real estate from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Melbourne.”
