Award of tender for residential site at Serangoon Garden Way

A residential land parcel at Serangoon Garden Way has been awarded by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to Sunmaster Holdings Pte Ltd and Garden Estates (Pte) Limited.

The two groups jointly submitted the top bid of S$105 million (S$3,696.99 psm of site area) in a public tender that closed on 16 August 2011.

Launched for sale on 21 June 2011, the 99-year leasehold residential site has a total area of 28,401.5 sq m. It is situated within the established landed housing estate of Serangoon Gardens and is easily accessible via major roads and expressways, such as the Central Expressway (CTE).
