The Meyerise preview set for September

Hong Leong Holdings will be conducting a preview for The Meyerise, a freehold residential development in the East Coast, next month, with a starting price of S$1,400 psf.

Located at Meyer Road, The Meyerise will comprise 239 units across two 31-storey blocks. It will offer two-, three-, four- and four-plus-one bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 880 sq ft to 2,055 sq ft.

About 120 units will be three-bedroom apartments, while 60 units will be two-bedroom apartments. Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) is expected to be granted by October 2016.

Betsy Chng, Head of Sales and Marketing at Hong Leong Holdings, said the development will be a “lifestyle enclave that allows residents to forget the stresses of city living while embracing the finer things in life.”

The Meyerise is located near Playground @ Big Splash and East Coast Park, as well as retail amenities such as 112 Katong and Parkway Parade.
