Ireka will use the space to showcase its latest residential development, Seni Mont' Kiara, from today to 31 November.
Mont' Kiara, a famous expatriate enclave, is known for its strong residential community, comprising two 12-storey low-rise blocks and two 40-storey tower blocks perched on an 8.8 acre ridge. It offers unobstructed, panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur's skyline.
Lai Voon Hon, President and Chief Executive of Ireka, said owners of the development have a passion for the very best that life offers.
“They have the means to live anywhere in the world, and many of them do. The fact that they consider Mont' Kiara to be an absolute paradise and have chosen Seni Mont' Kiara for their primary or vacation residence speaks volumes about the location, the development and the prized lifestyle associated with it,” he said.
Kumar Tharmalingam, Chief Executive of MPI, said the company is “pleased to work with an established property developer such as Ireka.”
“Our partnership bodes well for would-be investors in Singapore keen to plough their money into reputable private residential developments with the intent to reap rental yield or capital returns,” he said.
“Ireka marketing their latest launch in MPI's Singapore gallery is testament to their commitment to the highest product quality and value for money.”
