Kellock Lodge goes en bloc

Kellock Lodge, a 48-unit condominium development in River Valley Road, has been put up for en bloc sale with an indicative price of more than S$84 million (approximately S$1,383 psf ppr).

CKS Property Consultants, the sole marketing agent for the property, said each household will likely receive between S$1.5 million and S$2.76 million.

The property has a total area of 21,784 sq ft and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 60,995 sq ft, which could generate up to 100 housing units of 600 sq ft each or 60 units of 1,000 sq ft each.

Located in District 10, the subject property is near the central business district (CBD) and the Orchard Road shopping belt, as well as walking distance from Zion Riverside Food Centre and Great World City.

Derrick Tan, Head of Investment Sales at CKS Property Consultants, said that medium-sized freehold land sites are highly sought after, particularly near River Valley.

CKS said the tender for the property will close on 8 July.
