Units at the 414-unit development in Hougang Avenue 2 were sold at an average price of S$950 psf.
The 99-year leasehold project comprises apartments ranging from 506 sq ft one-bedroom units to five-bedroom penthouses of approximately 2,210 sq ft each.
According to The Straits Times, a five-bedroom penthouse will start from S$1.85 million, while a one-bedroom unit will start from S$580,000.
All unit types obtained even interest, with 90 percent of the home buyers consisting of locals and permanent residents (PRs). The remaining are foreigners from countries such as China and Malaysia.
Meanwhile, Far East Organization (FEO) also witnessed 30 units across its properties sold a week earlier, excluding sales at Eight Courtyards in Yishun.
Its Waterfront collection in Bedok Reservoir — Waterfront Isle, Waterfront Gold and Waterfront Key — sold a total of 15 units, while Suncottages and The Greenwood sold two units each.
