The project is set amid the 12 ha Montigo Resorts, Nongsa, which comprises private homes and luxury hotel accommodation.
Offering 45 luxury residences, Montigo Resorts Residences is due to be completed by the second half of 2012.
Each seafront home boasts a plot of up to 20,000 sq ft and living space of up to 10,000 sq ft. Each unit comes with three-bedrooms, a living room, an alfresco dining space, a sky terrace and an optional infinity pool or jacuzzi.

The luxury resort offers a wide range of facilities and services, which include private yacht transfers, 24-hour security, 24-hour concierge and bellhop services, convenience stores, eclectic dining options, free form swimming pools, a water sports centre, business centre, kids club and spa.
