The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has announced the detailed sales conditions for Parcels 5 and 6 at Yishun Avenue 9.
The two land sites are available to interested developers under the reserve list of the 2H 2011 Industrial Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.
Parcels 5 and 6 measure 2 ha and 1.2 ha respectively. With a lease period of 60 years, both sites are zoned for Business 1 uses and have a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5.
As such, the sites can be developed for various purposes including clean and light industry, utilities or telecommunications.
Guided by the government’s reserve list system, the two parcels will only be released for sale once the criteria for the sites triggering has been satisfied.
URA noted that the tender will close four to six weeks after the site opens for tender.
