DTZ has appointed Chua Chor Hoon as its new Head of Asia Pacific Research.
Prior to her appointment, Chua served as DTZ’s Head of Southeast Asia Research and has been at DTZ for almost four years, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience to her new post.
“Chor Hoon continues to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to DTZ’s research team,” said Hans Vrensen, Global Head of Research at DTZ.
“We are pleased that she has accepted this bigger role, which will further strengthen the best in class research that DTZ offers to our clients and the business in Asia Pacific, in particular.”
DTZ said Chua will continue to lead the Southeast Asia team while overseeing the Japan, India and Australia research teams.
