Archipelago @ Bedok Reservoir, a 577-unit development featuring a combination of condo units and strata houses, is set to preview tomorrow.
To be launched in phases, the first phase will comprise between 180 and 200 units and will fetch an average price of between S$1,000 psf and S$1,100 psf.
According to The Business Times, tomorrow’s preview is for invited guests, as well as those who have registered interest with CBRE, DTZ, Knight Frank and Savills, the project’s marketing agents.
Condo units at the 99-year leasehold development, which is located on a 491,080 sq ft site, comprise one- to five-bedroom units and penthouses, with the average price starting from S$600,000. There are 15 five-bedroom units and 51 penthouse units, including 15 penthouse lofts. The penthouses, which range between 1,432 sq ft and 3,434 sq ft, include four-, five- and five-bedroom-with-study units.
Meanwhile, the five-bedroom strata houses measure 4,400 sq ft each and have an average selling price of more than S$3 million.
Separately, more than 80 percent of units at Bedok Residences have been sold at an average price of S$1,350 psf.
