The HDB launched another 4,200 new flats in seven BTO projects yesterday.
Spread across Bedok, Hougang, Bukit Panjang, Punggol and Yishun, the latest launch brings the total number of BTO flats offered this year to 25,200 units.
The most expensive flats on offer are five-room units at Hougang DewCourt and Hougang Capeview, which have a selling price of S$352,000 (excluding grants).
The cheapest flats are two-room units at Waterway Banks and Waterway Ridges, which are being sold for S$85,000 (excluding grants).
The HDB also announced its plan to launch another 25,000 BTO units next year.
It added that about 3,890 new flats will be offered for sale in January 2012 in Punggol, Choa Chu Kang, Tampines and Sengkang.
The application for the new flats was launched yesterday. Prospective buyers can submit their applications online until 30 November 2011.
