The price works out to around S$1,459.26 psm of gross plot ratio (GPR).
Launched for sale on 18 October 2011, the land parcel has a total area of 21,426.7 sq m and a maximum GPR of 2.5.
It is zoned for Business 1 development, which means it can be developed for various purposes, such as light industry, clean industry, utilities or telecommunication uses.
