An overwhelming 200 of 300 units were snapped up during the preview launch of The Palette at Pasir Ris Grove, a residential project by City Developments Ltd (CDL).
The 99-year leasehold development comprises 892 residential units and has an average selling price of S$870 psf, with prices ranging from S$561,000 for a 495 sq ft one-bedroom unit on a low floor to S$1.8 million for a 2,217 sq ft penthouse.
The 12-block project has layouts ranging from one- (up to 700 sq ft) to four-bedroom units (up to 1,798 sq ft).
The Palette also features 10 penthouses, of which all four released units have been sold.
