Belvia, a Design Build Sell Scheme (DBSS) project along Bedok Reservoir Crescent, comprises 488 three-, four- and five-room flats spread across six blocks.
Chia Lee Meng, CEO of CEL Development, said the larger four- and five-room units on the higher floors were the best sellers.
“Many buyers like the fact that the project is located in a mature estate with ready amenities. The upcoming Bedok Town Park MRT has proved to be very attractive to them,” he said.
Prices of three-room flats range between S$387,000 and S$415,000, four-room units range from S$494,000 to S$576,000 and five-room flats are between S$648,000 and S$727,000.
