According to a Straits Times report, there was a long queue of potential buyers waiting to enter the showflat and those inside jostled for space as they tried to find out more about the development.
Comprising three 40-storey towers, Trivelis offers three- to five-room flats with sizes ranging from 646 sq ft to 1,130 sq ft. Prices for a three-room flat range between S$375,000 and S$470,000, a four-room unit costs between S$530,000 and S$650,000, while a five-room flat costs between S$658,000 and S$770,000.
Lim Yew Soon, Managing Director of EL Development, the developer behind Trivelis, said response was “very encouraging”.
“We are very pleased but we hope that (the applications) will translate to actual bookings. It is still too early to rejoice now,” he said.
E-applications for Trivelis will close at the end of this month.
Meanwhile, the 488-unit Belvia DBSS project received more than 1,300 applications before closing its e-applications last week, while the 682-unit Lake Vista@Yuan Ching attracted over 1,000 applicants.
