2 new property launches this month

Two new property developments, Rezi 26 and Regent Residences, are set to be soft launched this month.

Jointly developed by Heeton, KSH and Tee Realty, Rezi 26 is a freehold apartment project comprising 106 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses housed in two-, seven- and eight-storey towers. It is situated in Geylang Lorong 26, where eateries and transportation are conveniently located.

The preview date for Rezi 26 is 7 October, while Regent Residences will preview on 18 October 2011.
