Clementi site up for tender under DBSS

HDB has launched the tender for a parcel of land at Clementi Avenue 4, under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS).

The 99-year leasehold site has a total area of 21,906.5 sq m and a maximum allowable gross floor area (GFA) of 76,672.75 sq m, with a gross plot ratio of 3.5. It is proposed for public housing development and could generate up to 770 flats.

Located in Clementi New Town, the site is close to several facilities and amenities, with shopping, food and entertainment outlets at the nearby Clementi Mall and West Coast Plaza.

HDB said the tender for the site will close on 8 March, adding that another DBSS site at Pasir Ris Central, which can possibly yield up to 460 housing units, is expected to be launched for sale in March this year.
