Frasers Hospitality launches Osaka hotel

Frasers Hospitality, the hospitality unit of Frasers Centrepoint, has announced the launch of Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka in Japan.

The 114-room hotel is one of the 12 new properties under the portfolio of Fraser and Modena brands this year and the 35th property being managed by Frasers, said the company.

The new project also represents a total of 5,000 household residences in 21 cities. “With another 6,000 residences on the drawing board, the company is on course to manage more than 10,600 individual residences by 2012,” it said.

The launch of the project in Japan followed the opening of Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore, Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur, Fraser Suites Seef in Bahrain, Fraser Residence City in London, Modena Putuo Shanghai and Modena Heping Tianjin.

The company is also expected to launch several property projects later this year, including Frasers Suites Jakarta, Fraser Residence Budapest, Modena Jinjihu Suzhou, Fraser Suites New Delhi and Fraser Suites Chengdu.
