The 12-storey Vacanza @ East will yield a total of 473 units in seven blocks, comprising one to four-bedroom units and penthouses.
Approximately 39 percent of the units have either two bedrooms or two bedrooms with a study, while 30 percent are three-bedders.
The 141 units currently being released in two blocks are expected to fetch an average price of slightly more than $1,000 psf.
Last week, Roxy-Pacific Group also previewed Jupiter 18 at Lorong 102 Changi. To date, it has sold over 70 percent of the 53 units in the freehold project, which comprises one-bedders to two-bedroom penthouses.
The units fetched an average price of $1,100 psf, with prices starting from slightly more than $500,000 for a one-bedder unit.
Separately, City Developments has sold another 35 units at the 642-unit NV Residences in Pasir Ris, bringing total sales to 335 units out of the 380 units that were launched for sale.
Units at the 99-year leasehold project fetched an average price of $830 psf during its preview but the developer later lifted prices by a notch to 2 percent.

Does anyone know when/on which date the developer lifted the NV residences prices by a notch to 2 percent?
just an update, the developers of these condo have sold mor or less 90 units.
