The 16,668.2 sq m site is located in Bedok Town, and is surrounded by amenities like Bedok Reservoir, a town centre, and a swimming pool.
The land parcel has a 103-year leasehold period with a maximum allowable gross floor area of 46,670.96 sq m and a gross plot ratio of 2.8. It is proposed for public housing development and could yield up to 430 HDB flats.
Under the DBSS scheme, the winning developer for the site enjoys flexibility in designing, pricing and selling the flats. Upon completion of the development, the developer will turn over the housing project to HDB for lease administration, and to the Town Council for maintenance of the common areas.
So far, HDB has released three DBSS sites for tender this year, with a combined yield of approximately 1,710 flats. Two more DBSS sites are expected to be released for sale in the coming months, which could yield up to 1,210 flats.
The tender for the Bedok Reservoir Crescent site will close on November 2.

When it's a DBSS site the developer can enjoy a certain freedom. Goodluck.
This is a prime site. I'm sure this will receive a good number of bids.
