Stay Well Group to operate Park Regis KL

Park Regis Hotel Management (PRHM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Australia’s StayWell Hospitality Group, will manage and operate a four-star hotel at integrated development Taragon Puteri KL.

Recently, Bluestone Group Malaysia announced that its subsidiary Taragon Capital Malaysia (TCM) has signed a deal with PRHM to manage the hotel throughout its development and from the date of its opening.

“We are pleased to be moving forward with a new partner.  This signing marks a new beginning for TCM and along with StayWell; we hope to open the hotel in January 2011.  We have full confidence in StayWell and look forward to a long and successful partnership with them,” said TCM.

The 27-storey hotel comprises 445 suites that include one- and two-bedroom suites, presidential suites and studios, with sizes ranging from 35 sq m to 120.3 sq m.

The Park Regis KL hotel will feature banquet and conference facilities, seminar rooms, a fully equipped gym and a swimming pool, a business lounge and a business centre, bar and restaurant, and a security car park for 133 cars.

The Park Regis KL is expected to be completed in January next year.
