Tampines site awarded to Sim Lian

A land parcel located at Tampines Avenue 5/Tampines Central 8 has been awarded by HDB to Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd, after it offered the highest tender price of $178.13 million.
 
The site, which was launched for sale by HDB on June 23, has a maximum gross floor area of 63,395.1 sq m and a site area of 21,131.7 sq m.

The land parcel will be developed into public housing under the DBSS, with 1,060 sq m of its GFA dedicated for commercial facilities, a Residents’ Committee Centre, and a child care centre.
