Residences at Four Seasons Chiang Mai has redefined luxury living by combining the beauty of the Mae Rim Valley in the Chiang Mai region with the personal services and facilities of the Four Seasons.

The residential project has also received a boost, as Chiang Mai has been ranked second by Travel + Leisure magazine in its 2010 “World’s Best City” list.

“The Travel + Leisure ranking is a reflection of everything that is so special about Chiang Mai all along,” said William E. Heinecke, CEO and chairman of Minor International PLC, which develops the project. “Some of the most stunning scenery in Thailand combined with this region’s diverse and rich cultures have earned it a spot among the world’s best places and the Residences at Four Seasons Chiang Mai represents the pinnacle of living here.”

The results of the magazine’s survey was published in its July issue. Among the criteria considered by readers include places for sightseeing considering greenery and beauty, arts and culture offerings, shopping areas, cuisine, people’s friendliness and value for money spent.

The Residences at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is the only branded luxury residential project in the province of Chiang Mai. Facilities in the four-bedroom villas include private gardens, outdoor living spaces, pools, Jacuzzis, sunken dining pavilions, as well as state-of-the-art entertainment and home-management technology.
