W Hotels Worldwide has announced the launch of The Residences at W Bali – Seminyak – the company’s first residential project in Indonesia.

Located in the Seminyak area on the paradise island of Bali, The Residences at W Bali – Seminyak features 79 private villa-style residences ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom villas, and sizes from 2,450 sq ft to 7,700 sq ft.

Among the features of the villas include deluxe lounges and living areas, wired workstations, daybeds floating above private pools, rain showers, secret sundecks and outdoor picnic settings, W-accessorized furnishings, and daybeds and water ponds.

“We are thrilled to introduce the W brand to Indonesia! The rich and deeply spiritual culture of Bali, combined with the cosmopolitan style and energy of Seminyak, provides a perfect setting for the newest addition to W’s residential offerings,” said Mr. Miguel Ko, chairman and president of Starwood Hotels & Resorts in the Asia Pacific.

Ms. Magda Hutagalung from DCA also said: “We are very excited to partner with Starwood on this project and to introduce the W brand to Bali. We feel that the W signature design and cosmopolitan ambience are a perfect fit with our vision for the project. Its unrivalled location in Seminyak will set a new benchmark for luxury accommodations in Bali.”

The Residences are adjacent to the 158-room W Retreat & Spa – Bali and come with total access to the famous Whatever/Whenever service. Residents will also receive an everyday invitation to enjoy the celebrated Seminyak sunset and to be entertained by W’s dynamic programming in the form of unique W Happenings – lifestyle events that reflect W’s passion for film, music, design and fashion.

The show residences of The Residences at W Bali – Seminyak have been completed, and an exhibition and public preview is scheduled on July 17 to 18 at St. Regis Singapore, from 10 am to 7 pm.
