HDB has received only two bids for a residential site located at Yishun Ave 2 and Yishun Ave 7.

The highest bid of S$229.4 million came from a joint bid offered by two property firms – FCL Topaz and Nam Hee Contractor. This translates to about S$311 psf ppr.

A second bid of about S$196 million was offered by Perfect Eagle.

The 99-year leasehold residential site has a maximum gross floor area of more than 66,000 sq m and a site area of more than 26,500 sq m.

The land plot was released for  public tender on 5 May 2010, and HDB said it will announce its decision of the winning bidder at a later date.
