The highest bid of S$229.4 million came from a joint bid offered by two property firms – FCL Topaz and Nam Hee Contractor. This translates to about S$311 psf ppr.
A second bid of about S$196 million was offered by Perfect Eagle.
The 99-year leasehold residential site has a maximum gross floor area of more than 66,000 sq m and a site area of more than 26,500 sq m.
The land plot was released for public tender on 5 May 2010, and HDB said it will announce its decision of the winning bidder at a later date.

Dont worry we are taking turn to bid. Why compete when the pie is so big :-) Anyway we have allot of insane buyer who will buy a home at any price. Now property is like stock. We even have option to call or put.
yes i agree to mr. hun. how did it happened when last week, hdb and ura's public tender received agreesive bids from developers and now, this site only received 2 bids, or maybe developers were not informed well, impossible.
This plot of land in terms of quality wise is not so good afterall. All the big boys had stayed away. They are reserving their resources fo better site
really, how come HDB received only two bids? i thought developers in Singapore are insanely bidding on any land sites released for sale.. how did this happened?
