It said that the15,600-sq-m heavy vehicle park site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 was sold for $5 million to Uni Development. This translates to about $30 psf.
The two other plots, which are both located at Senoko Drive, have an area of 10,000 sq. m. each.
One plot was sold to Huationg (Asia) for $3 million ($28 psf), while the other plot was sold for $4 million ($37 psf) to Huationg Inland Transport Service.
The two land parcels at Senoko Drive were offered for sale on a 15-year leasehold period, while a 10-year leasehold period was given to the site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5.
URA added that the plots were launched for sale on May 10.

what does heavy vehicle park sites mean? is it a lot site to be developed intended to park heavy vehicles like trucks? im clue less about this, will somebody pls explain. thnks
