URA sells three heavy vehicle park sites

URA announced that it has sold three plots of heavy vehicle parks at Senoko Drive and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 through a public auction.

It said that the15,600-sq-m heavy vehicle park site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 was sold for $5 million to Uni Development. This translates to about $30 psf.

The two other plots, which are both located at Senoko Drive, have an area of 10,000 sq. m. each.

One plot was sold to Huationg (Asia) for $3 million ($28 psf), while the other plot was sold for $4 million ($37 psf) to Huationg Inland Transport Service.

The two land parcels at Senoko Drive were offered for sale on a 15-year leasehold period, while a 10-year leasehold period was given to the site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5.

URA added that the plots were launched for sale on May 10.
