URA auctions three sites for heavy vehicle parking

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will auction three land parcels at Senoko Drive and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 at 2pm on June 3 at the URA Centre.

The land parcels are being released to help meet the needs of fleet owners and transport operators for heavy vehicle parking sites.

The two sites at Senoko Drive have a land area of about 10,000 sq m each, while the Bukit Batok site has an area of 15,592 sq m.

Registered heavy vehicles, which can park on the land parcels, include buses, trailers and any other vehicles with a maximum laden weight exceeding 5.0 metric tons.

According to URA, the Developer's Packets can be bought for S$52.50 each from the centre’s Customer Service Counter.
