Punggol Crest and Treegrove@Woodlands, the two Build-to-Order (BTO) projects that were launched recently by HDB, are seeing strong demand.

So far, the number of applications received is four times the number of units available. As at 5pm on Wednesday, there were 6,375 applications for 1,534 flats.

At Punggol Crest, bigger flats received more applications, with about 2,600 applicants for its 270 four-room units. The trend was the same at Treegrove, with 2,426 applicants for its 372 four-room units.

However, the two-room units at Punggol Crest saw lesser demand, with only 75 applications for the 240 units.

For the Punggol Crest project, the selling price ranges from $90,000 for a two-room flat to $301,000 for a four-room flat.

Prices for the Treegrove flats range from $64,000 for a studio apartment to $288,000 for a four-room flat.
