The flats comprise 240 units of studio apartments, 112 units of two-room, 112 units of three-room, 710 units of four-room and 148 units of five-room flats.
Excluding studio apartments, 95 percent of the flat supply will be reserved for first-time home buyers.
With this launch, HDB would have offered 15,527 new flats for sale under the BTO and Sale of Balance Flat exercise since the start of the year.
Bounded by Kranji Expressway and Senja Road, Senja Parc View is a standard contract with 577 units of new flats, comprising two- to four-room units, which are priced from $86,000 to $312,000.
Anchorvale Horizon, on the other hand, is a premium contract with 745 units of new flats, comprising studio apartments, four-room flats and five-room flats. Units are priced between S$75,000 and S$426,000. It is situated at the junction of Sengkang East Way and Anchorvale Road, with amenities and facilities including an eating house, a mini-mart, a child centre, shops and a Residents’ Committee Centre.
Applications for the new flats can be submitted online till November 8.
HDB said it will continue to ramp up the supply of new flats to meet demand, and is expected to release a total of 17,700 new flats for this year under its BTO and Sale of Balance Flat programme. HDB added that the next BTO launch is expected next month, comprising 1,170 flats in the Yishun area.

This is a large number of new flats, and the the housing board is still increasing its supply.
