FRASERS Hospitality yesterday launched its first serviced residence project in Vietnam - the Fraser Suites Hanoi (picture). The 170-unit project, in the city's West Lake district, occupies the top 20 floors of the 25-storey Syrena Tower. The chairman of Frasers Hospitality's parent company Fraser & Neave, Lee Hsien Yang, was guest of honour at yesterday's opening.

Guests can choose from one, two and three-bedroom units in single storey or duplex configurations. The room rate is US$120 a night and the property has an occupancy rate in the region of 80 per cent.
