Place recycling bins at every HDB block

AS PART of our efforts to create a garden city, recycling bins should be placed at every HDB block instead of just one recycling bin for every few blocks.

I applaud the town councils' recycling efforts so far, but more can be done to ease residents' inconvenience in accessing the bins.

Some have to walk quite a distance to leave their items for recycling and some are greeted by the sight of an overloaded recycling bin when they reach the place.

More bins would give a boost to our recycling efforts.
