Allow singles to buy two-room build-to-order units in Sengkang

I AM single and I am disappointed after I inquired about the new build-to-order (BTO) flats at Fernvale Crescent in Sengkang, especially the two-room units.

The HDB does not allow singles to buy two-room units. Currently, singles are allowed to buy only studio units directly from the HDB.

The two-room units are similar in floor area and layout to the studio units. Can the HDB consider allowing singles to buy these units, especially if the response from other buyers is poor?
