URA closes tender for commercial site

The URA has closed a public tender for a commercial site at Sims Avenue/Tanjong Katong Road.

The 99-year leasehold site was launched for sale on 26 July this year.

UOL Venture Investments Pte Ltd and S.L. Development Pte. Limited emerged as the sole bidder, offering around S$529.3 million for the site.
