  Not bad at all

  It is a small development. Free hold and very near to MRT. Not sure why people pay like 2.8mil for a similar unit

  Peaceful, convenient freehold beside MRT

  Freehold property right beside MRT. 2 mins walk to MRT with plenty of eateries around the corner. Peaceful low rise surroundings.

  Lack privacy and small baby pool

  Lack privacy neighbouring condos too near to one another. A motorworkshop, potential noise pollution. Only a miserable small baby pool, under utilized..the developer should have built a more decent swimming pool giving the large space they had at the carpark area.
