Unbeatable Value in a Luxury Location
Jervois Jade is situated in the prime River Valley area right on the river. The condominium has a well maintained pool and gym and bbq pit area. The units are generously sized with no bay windows or balconies eating into the living space. Well thought out unit layouts with a great mix of families and couples residing at this condo. Parkway connectors all the way to Marina Bay Sands, a short hop to Sentosa or the Botanic Gardens provide outdoor lovers with such great options. Fantastic transport options by bus with Great World City MRT and Tiong Bahru very closeby. An absolute gem of a condo! -

Beautifully Maintained D10 Gem — Spacious Un
Units are genuinely large by today's standards, a rarity in D10 at this price point. Layouts are practical and the space truly feels like a home. Jervois Jade in 2025 is in excellent shape. The management council is proactive and the common areas are well maintained. The lifts and the gym have been fully refurbished and feel brand new, a real sign of how seriously upkeep is taken here. There is plenty of space in the 2 basements car parks for indoor parking along EV charging facilities along the driveway. Location is hard to beat. Valley Point and Great World City are minutes away, with Cold Storage and plenty of F&B right across the road. Several top schools are nearby, making this ideal for families. The Singapore River is ideal for morning jogs. Highly Recommended! -

Seems good value for money, but some concerns
PSFT really low for River Valley ($1000). Units need renovation. Layouts a bit off, but hacking walls down a good option. Major concern: Build right above a petrol station. Concerned about health. -

Central Place near Orchard
Very peaceful condo right near to Orchard road. Few units hence can use gym, pool anytime all for yourself !!! being central easy to travel, close to shopping areas. -

Fantastic place
Near Embassy, safe and quiet. No noisy kids, quiet. Supermarket and eateries across the road, convenient. Near bus stops and MRT stations, cabs are easy to flag, convenient. Most important of all, near the vibrant night scenes in Singapore and my work place in the CBD, fantastic! I stay here and I love the place! :) -

Excellent location!
Excellent place, sitting between quiet Jervois area of GCB and vibrant area of River Valley. Reasonably priced and command good rental yield. Project is not too crowded too. 24hours guard with security pass required to enter the condo. Entrance is at the end of Jervois Close road. Exclusive entrance! Extremely safe! Side gate allows you to jog along the Singapore River. Decent pool and gym as well. Most important of all, it is extremely convenient. Near town, CBD and Valley Point Shopping Centre is just across the road with nice restaurants (especially good Japanese restaurants). -
