  Pinevale Review

  Dated infrastructure, at time of review, project experiencing gas outage since start of May 2026.. in early Jan 26, a window fell from height. Car park is partially sheltered. When it rains, leaks and puddles form.

  Pinevale Review

  It definitely is not the newest kid on the block (no pun intended). As at time of writing, due to a gas leak, works are ongoing to fix gas pipies. Hence dusruption of utilities ongoing. Basement carpark not entirely sheltered. Once had a half eaten choco bar land on my car roof when parked overnight. Water pools in certain sports when it rains at the car park. The drying yards, though named so, are not sheltered from the elements. Hence when it rains, one needs to bring the laundry in. Very eccentric design.

  Good Living at Tampines

  Very convenient. walking distance to Tampines Central. Children can play freely in the very green compound and awesome pool. Good vibe in the estate, relaxing and family oriented environment. Condo is not too big as well and our unit is squarerish and spacious kitchen which is hard to find.

  A Perfect Home For A Growing Family

  We Pinevale because of the spacious swimming pool and the resort like environment. The pool is nicely designed for family even those with young kids. There is also a pool room and a table tennis room which I like. My wife loves the newspaper corner, tennis court & gym. My children love the pool and the miniature golf putting area. There are 3 BBQ pit around where we can do our occasional meals with friends. The new international school ( United World College) just across the road makes it an appeal for international expats & students, so the property for investment is great too. We've been living here for one year and never grew tired of this. Our weekends are spent at home more than our previous home in another part of Tampines .
