  location is grand link indeed

  Grandlink Square is grandly linked to singapore in terms of MRT with interchange, city fringe location, and even park connector. size is excellent too and i have zero doubts since buying a unit here. the mall below is kinda empty other than some nice food specialities but i can get everything from the Paya Lebar Quarter side so no worries. there R like 3 malls there. easy to walk to Geylang food street for supper, and admire the serene surroundings from my balcony. although the view is not amazing cos low rise. those sensitive to noise may find the night life slightly loud. maintenance is good and there are basic facilities too.

  Great value and super convenient

  Have been living here a year. It’s spacious with swimming pool view right outside. Very convenient , bus stop right in front, mrt just beside. Freehold with very reasonable price. Glad to have made this my home. Happy to know it has enbloc potential with an attempt years ago

  Veterans at Grandlink Square

  We bought our condo unit at Grandlink Square along Guillemard Road about 15 years ago. I know this area like the back of my hand now and it’s so comfortable living here as this location has everything you will need. The units are extremely spacious, much larger than typical apartments you will find elsewhere, both for the three- and four-bedroom types. We live in a four-bedroom unit. Since it isn’t a high-rise development, less glass was used for the facade. As such, the houses stay cooler.

  Fantastic Value

  Fantastic value for money Condo. Quiet area and good eating places near by. Some of the best nightlife in SG is only a stones throw away.
