Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum subscription length is 3 months.
- We will feature maximum 3 agents per project - or only 1 if exclusive subscription.
- Advertising slots can be booked for a calendar month only - the ad runs from 1st day of month to the last day of month.
- Featured agent subscription for each project are offered on a 'first-come' basis. We can add you to the waiting list, if the maximum has been already reached for your preferred condo.
- Existing featured agent subscripber has the first right option to extend the subscription. The option to extend has to be exercised at least 7 days before the subscription ends.
- The 3 featured agents are shown in random order - the order changes for each page view.
- Subscription is only activated after payment has been received.
- We will not refund any payments (full or partial) after the subscription has started.
- We reserve a right to reject subscription to some specific projects (e.g. in a situation where a developer is advertising the project on PropertyGuru). In case the subscription has already been started for the project, we will refund the amount pro-rated or it can be exchanged to another project - whichever is mutually agreed.
