Terms and Conditions:
- The 3 featured agents are shown on every page of the Agent Directory - under the 'Find Agent' menu item.
- Featured agents are shown in random order for each page view i.e. between the left, middle and right hand positions.
- The featured agent advert links through to the agent profile page in PropertyGuru.com.sg
- There are maximum of 3 featured agents advertisement slots for each month.
- Monthly Featured Agent advertisement slots run for each calendar month i.e. starting the first day of each calendar month.
- The featured agent advertisement slots are provided on a ‘first-come’ basis, and must be paid within 48 hours of reservation to confirm the slot.
- There will be no refunds once the advertisment has been paid.
- It is possible to 'advance book' Monthly Featured Agent advertisement slots but payment must be made in advance.
- Agents are restricted to booking 1 of the 3 ‘featured agent’ advertisement slots per month.
- Maximum booking period is 3 months
