Terms and Conditions:
- There are maximum 3 featured ‘Sales’ listings and 3 featured 'Rental' listings advertising slots for every week.
- Featured listings are provided separately for Sale and Rental listings i.e. featured 'Rental' listings are shown on every ‘Rental’ search result page for the whole week.
- The 3 featured listings for each category ('Rental' and 'Sales') are shown in random order for each page view i.e. between the left, middle and right hand positions.
- The featured listing advertisement links through to the detailed listing page in PropertyGuru.com.sg
- The weekly listing advertisement slots run between Monday 12am to Monday 12am only - it is not possible to start/end the weekly booking at different times.
- The featured listing advertisement slots are sold on a 'first-come' basis, and must be paid within 48 hours of reservation to confirm the advertisement.
- There will be no refunds if the unit in the featured listing gets sold or rented before or during the advertisement period. In some cases, we may be able to exchange it to another featured listing.
- It is possible to 'advance book' weekly Featured listing advertisement slots but payment must be made in advance.
- Agents can book 1 or all 6 of the weekly featured 'Rental' and 'Sales' listings - but each listing must be for a different property.
