This is a beautiful long towered building, consists of 28 floors and 70 units is called iResidences. It is a freehold condominium development located at 20 Irrawaddy Road, Singapore 329550, in District 12, a few minutes away from Novena MRT Station. Well-designed modern apartment units are a feature of this project from one of the most highly regarded developers in Singapore. The vast majority of the units in iResidences are two, three, and four bedrooms, with many of the two bedroom flats having around 900-1100 sqft, making it affordable despite its proximity to the MRT. iResidences is developed and built by Novelty Asia Pacific Pte Ltd which are one of the most famous developers and a Singapore-listed international property and hospitality conglomerate, and one of the biggest landlords on the island. Its vast global network encompasses many subsidiaries and associated companies, and owns and manages properties across the world. The number of two, three, or four bedroom units, as well as their relatively varying sizes is something that differentiates iResidences from other developments among Singapore. The other thing of course is its closeness to the MRT station. Important features of iResidences includes its 24 hour security, barbeque area, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness room, basement car park gymnasium room, and a playground for children. Many well established local and international schools are at a shorter distance from iResidences. The fact that iResidences is so close to the MRT – it is a 10 minute walk from Novena MRT Station – it is a huge plus point for this development and will be the reason most people buy. It is also situated quite near to another MRT Station which is Toa Payoh MRT Station which is only 980 m away from iResidences and gives access to the residents of iResidences to many different areas of Singapore.
