Everyone I know is either having a baby or getting married and the last week has been no exception as I attended a joyous wedding of wonderful friends in Koh Samui, and I also discovered my dearest older brother and gorgeous sister-in-law are expecting their first child – what a week!

I love food and keeping fit so I choose healthy fare instead of oily, fatty or fried but this ‘health nut’ frame of mind continues to sabotage my attempts to revel in Singapore’s famous cuisine.
