Security Features
Security is a big word at Big Orange. In order to safeguard your belongings, we offer computerised out-of-hours access, closed circuit television, on-site duty managers during opening hours and alarms on all access and exit doors.

Big Orange’s trained staff can help you in a number of ways. Firstly,  we can determine which is the most economical storage space  for  your  requirements  -  either  over  the  phone,  or by sending  a  Big  Orange  consultant  to  your  home  to  do a free assessment.  We can give your practical advice on the packing and   stacking   of   your   belongings, and also offer helpful suggestions for your move.

To help you organise your goods efficiently we sell a range of packing materials including:

Self Storage U-Come and Go
Once you have moved into your self storage space you can come and go as often as you like.  Access to a customer’s storage space is unlimited and free and is subject to the general hours of access for the property.

The minimum period that you can store with Big Orange is one month. The minimum period that you must renew your agreement for is one month. So if you do not know how long you need storage for, this is not a problem.  You just need to renew your agreement on a month to month basis.
