Introduction
From Engineering to Property
I graduated from University of Leicester, United Kingdom with a BEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in September 2002. Joined the Republic of Singapore Airforce (RSAF) as an Air Engineering Officer (AEO) in Dec 2002.
I spent 5 eventful years in RSAF as a pilot trainee and as an Engineering Officer before making the switch to the property industry. My initial intention was to capitalise on the property boom before furthering my studies however since the switch, my plan changed.
Selling, buying and renting properties for my clients gave me a satisfaction that not many other jobs can. Having the trust of my clients to advise them on possibly the biggest investment of their lifetime makes me feel worthy, accomplished and motivated. Naturally the skepticism i had when i first started disappeared. Therefore to me, there's no need for another career change.
